@butchjax Sorry you're having so many snags. In four years as an Apple customer, I've only had a few little software config. blemishes. But, even in those instances, when I've followed step by step advice, careful 2 do everything in the correct procession, it's always worked out stunningly well. I have had to put in my time on it though, now and again, but with tech, that's just going to happen. To some extent it's 'Par for the Course'.
